Bohai Capital Maintained Its Rapid Growth in 2017

On January 15, Bohai Capital released the the performance forenotice of 2017. According to the company announcements, the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed company in 2017 was about RMB 2.55 billion-RMB 2.8 billion, an increase of about 12%-22.98% over the same period of last year. The basic earnings per share of Bohai Capital in 2017 was about RMB 0.4123RMB 0.4527.


The Company's 2017 annual results are expected to have a significant increase over the same period of previous year mainly due to the continuous growth of leasing business of the Company,the effectiveness of investment proceeds raised from non public issuance of stock in 2015 gradually appears and the completion of equity interest transfer of C2 resulted in the expansion of consolidated statements in the reporting period.
